The symptoms and signs of eczema include tiny vesicles (blisters) which can ooze and weep, eventually making thickened, crusted plaques of the skin. It is almost always very itchy.   15. Eloquent movement of the soles of the feet and the palms isn’t usual and can suggest a different condition like fungal infection, allergic contact , scabies infestation, dermatitis etc.
