Saying NO might not be easy for you, but at the same time, it is very important for you to keep a check on what you eat. It is recommended that you maintain your calorie count and also your carbohydrate count.

- Carbohydrate is not for you:
I know that the pasta you see on the table looks very much appetizing. You can of course have it, but make sure that you have it in small amount. You can have it at last, but before that stuff yourself with vegetables and fruits that are good for your health. If you have more carbohydrates, then this is going to directly affect your blood vessels.
- Not caring enough:
This mostly happens in the month of summer. We tend to become very lazy. This is something that has to be avoided. You cannot cook anything and everything. You will have to take care of the amount of carbohydrates that you add in your dish.
You can have alcohol, but not on empty stomach. Otherwise it will directly affect your blood vessels.
- Store insulin the right way:
Your body reacts to high temperature in way different as compared to insulin. Make sure that you do not store them at high temperature otherwise they will become ineffective after sometime.
- Medical supply has to be enough:
Whenever you are going somewhere or planning to go somewhere, you should never run out of medicines. It is very important for you to have your supply with you. This is very important if you want to make your journey safe and smooth and also do not want to get indulged in any problem.
- Meals that you have in flight:
Be it a flight or any other place that you are going, carrying your snacks is advisable. You can have oatmeal, yogurt and nuts with you. These are very beneficial for your health as they provide you with right amount of nutrition.
This is very crucial for any diabetic person. You should never stop exercising. Not only this, you should also keep a track on the amount of calories that you are burning. Never exercise on an empty stomach, at least have nuts 30 minutes before exercise.
- Exercise and hydrate:
Whenever you are exercising, it is very important to hydrate yourself. It will help you in maintaining the balance in the amount of water that has been lost. Moreover, if it is very hot outside, then you might sweating profusely which will ultimately lower down your sugar level.
