Are you someone who does not like your chubby/baby face? Are you someone who does not like people coming and pulling your cheeks again and again. You must have tried a lot to get your face in shape, but do you still feel that all that was in vain? Not to worry, you can still slim down your face if you follow these yoga exercises.
- Get rid of chubby cheeks:
You will have to start first by breathing in. This means that you will have to take a deep breath. Fill your mouth with air and seal your lips at the same time.
Now you will have to move the air in circular motion inside your mouth. You can start from any point. You can start from right side of your cheek, then take it to left and then below. This depends on you.
But make sure that you hold this position for at least 15 seconds. You need to give sometime to the muscles.
- For a fine jawline:
This time, you do not need to deep breath. Instead, you will have to take in as much as air inside your mouth by forming an O of your mouth.
You will have to stay in this position for around 10-15 seconds. While doing so, you will have to stretch the area which is below your nose. While you are doing this, you will feel that your cheeks are getting stretched.
Now, you can try to peek out your tongue.
Also, when you are doing this exercise, you should be facing upwards.
Repeat this one more time.
- Lifting your chin:
Tilt your head slightly upwards. Make sure that you are looking towards the ceiling.
While doing this, pull your lips as well. Do this tightly. You should feel the pressure on your lips while doing so.
Stay in this position for about 10 seconds. If you stay for a longer time, it is good.
Once you are done, you can repeat this exercise as often as you can.
This exercise will make your eyebrows smooth, as a result of which, the area near the forehead gets enhanced.
In this exercise, you will have to open your eyes wide. But, at the same time you will have to make sure that your eyes are not wrinkled when you are doing so. Have a mirror right in front of you.
At a distance, mark a point on which you can focus.
Stay in the same position and try to focus on the point which you have marked.
Stay in that position for 10 seconds.
After this, you can relax and repeat.
- Double chin:
Cover your upper lip with your lower lip. Squeeze as much as you can.
Make sure to try and touch your lower lips to your nose.
While doing this, you should feel the pressure on your chin and the area below that.
Stay in this position for almost 10-12 seconds.
Once you are done, give yourself a break.
Do this exercise at least 10 times in a day. This exercise will help you in getting rid of double chin.
